About the CEC

The role of the CEO is unique in that they stand at the top of the organizational pyramid and all other members of the organization take their cues from them. While this can be both exciting and rewarding, it can also be unapologetically isolating.

The Chief Executive Council responds by providing a safe environment for strategic thinking and collaborative discussion among peers. Because the Council is comprised of CEOs who are a bit further along in their career paths and who have previously led other enterprises, members gain insights into complex issues that can only be obtained from others who share both their unique role and similar level of experience.

Each member of the Council is carefully selected, and as a result the trusted bonds developed during the meetings are among the most important relationships in a member's CEO career.
