Her expertise is in bringing consistent, profitable growth to the companies she's served, and has led small and large mergers and acquisitions such as the HP/Compaq integration, and directed global business units managing 4,500+ employees, up to $2.5B in size for Fortune 50 companies.
She is a strategic thinker with proven execution skills and abilities including leading consulting organizations globally, focused on change management, BPO, HOSHIN planning, and M&A. Her development and execution of strategic plans have led to growth in bookings and recurring revenues, yielding strong profits.
Barbara has extensive practical expertise in global marketing, sales, services, and support, and has done organizational design, direct and channel sales build outs, developing go to market strategies, and business modeling. She has led and managed geographic, multi-industry, and cross business segment teams in consumer, commercial, and government sectors.
